New and experienced Path of Exile (PoE) players alike will benefit from this Path of Exile Expedition League Beginner's Leveling Guide, Tips, and Tricks, which will help them progress more quickly through the game's various levels and reach the endgame maps as quickly as possible.

Configuration of the User Interface
First and foremost, let us discuss some user-friendly interface options for the Path of Exile Expedition. It is extremely beneficial to use landscape transparency on your mini-map. By placing the map transparency to the right of your mini-map and the landscape transparency to the left, your map will be much easier to read. You will not be able to see any of the unnecessary fluff as a result of this.
You can also zoom in and out by pressing the plus or minus buttons if you want to get a better view of a map on your computer. There are a few other useful options, and I always display new sockets, life and mana numbers, as well as life bars on both allies and enemies, when possible. You should visit the vendor as soon as possible because there are three important items to try and obtain in order to have a faster leveling experience in PoE Expedition. These are:3 link items (any), movement speed boots, and the creation of a mule if you require specific gems are all recommended. As soon as you arrive in town after killing Hillock, vendors will begin selling movement path of exile currency items boots, and the items will reset every few zones, so keep an eye out for movement speed boots!
A mule character is essential because it allows you to obtain some of the early gems that you will undoubtedly require once you begin rushing through Path of Exile Expedition. For example, a witch would not start with decoy totem (which is extremely useful during the Brutus fight), but if you create a scion character and kill Hillock as soon as you get off the beach, you will be able to obtain the gem either as a quest reward or by purchasing it from the NPC.
Logging out is a good strategy for the Expedition league start (and any other league start, for that matter) because it allows you to save up on portal scrolls, which can be extremely scarce once you begin POE Curreny leveling and will be spent very quickly. Logging out is a good strategy in the following situations: the Quicksilver flask quest, the Fairgraves quest, the Crab quest, the Spider quest in A2, the Voll quest in A4, and any other similar situations where the zone entry is far from the boss.

Getting the Crab and Fairgraves skill points is easiest when you're nearing the end of A2 because you'll often already have a second Quicksilver flask at this point and you'll be moving much more quickly due to having a movement skill and a pair of movement speed boots (which is a must at this point, with a 10% movement poe items bonus at the very least).

A large number of PoE quests can be skipped, including: Fetid Pool, Crypt, Library (which is useful if you need gems), A Swig of Hope, and others. For the most part, you'll get nothing more than trivial rewards like an extremely rare item that will most likely be discarded and respec points that will be useless while leveling. You should avoid these quests if you want to get to the maps as soon as possible. They take a long time to complete.

Inventory Control and Management
Always keep in mind that you can easily upgrade your path of exile currency items level by one, and the recipe for doing so is one alteration orb, one blue gem, and one ring of your choice, so for example, a sapphire ring would upgrade it to cold gem level by one, and vice versa.
A common mistake made by new players is to stockpile far too much inventory too soon, which makes inventory management a nightmare and consumes a significant amount of their time. Instead of picking up every single item, only pick up the rare ones (blue and white items are useless, and you should consider selling them early in the league if you're running low on wisdom scrolls).
Path of Exile begins to become bloated with pointless white and blue items once you begin to progress through the game's endgame maps. Make use of an item filter; I personally use the Semi-Strict Neversink's loot filter, which I think is excellent, and it is updated prior to the start of each new league. If you want to further customize the loot filter, you can do so on the Poe Blade website, where you can also add custom sounds.
The quickest way to manage your inventory is to sort things while you're walking; don't go back to town unless absolutely necessary!
