hành (cắt đoạn), gừng (thái phiến), tỏi (đập dập) và gia vị vừa đủ. –
Chế biến: Ba ba cho vào nồi luộc sôi rồi vớt ra, cắt rời 4 chân, bóc bỏ
mỡ ở chân, rửa sạch, cho vào bát cùng với đông trùng hạ thảo, đại táo,
gừng, hành, tỏi và gia vị rồi hấp cách thủy trong 2 giờ. Ăn trong ngày.
– Đông trùng hạ thảo nấu cháo – Dùng từ 1-2g đông trùng hạ thảo tươi
nấu chung với cháo. Bạn nên nấu cháo nhừ rồi mới cho đông trùng hạ thảo
vào đun thật nhỏ lửa rồi bắc ra dùng.
– Dùng hầm với các loại thịt : hầm chung với các loại thịt lợn, bò , dê, gà vịt để ăn
– Canh đông trùng hùng áp: đông trùng hạ thảo tươi 10g, vịt đực 1 con,
